WHEELERS CLUB INTERNATIONAL (WCI), is an exclusive association of car owners, established in 1986 primarily to provide its members with a wide range of comprehensive package of automotive as well as non-automotive benefits and services like free 24-hour Towing and other emergency road assistance which includes minor Mechanical and Electrical repairs, Battery Boost, Flat Tire change, Personal Accident Insurance, assistance in renewal of motor car registration plus discounts and privileges from thousands of automotive and non-automotive class business establishments, such as car care centers, gift shops, restaurants, hotels, drive-in lodge.

     WCI, has vast modern custom-designed Tow trucks deployed in Metro Manila and Metro Cebu, all with damage-free equipment and manned by skilled drivers/mechanics with radio communication networks and facilities consummate to respond to its needs and maintenance.

      Last 1996, it resumed its quarterly publication of "Wheeler's Magazine", aimed to provide its members with comprehensive information in motoring and the car industry in general, in line with sincere intention of the club to develop disciplined and well-informed motorists.

       While the club offers service benefits and privileges to its members, it has also embarked on various civic-oriented projects in cooperation with both government and non-government agencies.

       Being a non-stock and non-profit organization, it is also active in granting college scholarship to poor but deserving and qualified students.

       It is also a jointly effort promoting the tenets of Responsible Motoring based on 4 E's of Traffic Management as Education, Enforcement, Engineering and Environment.

       In its 17th year of existence, WCI has maintained a fleet of custom-designed and damage-free trucks, manned by professional drivers equipped with Nextel 2-way radio for immediate responds to the needs of the members.

       With this attitude and sense of commitment towards the vision of instilling responsibility to the motoring public in general and motoring enterprises concerned, Wheelers Club International is certainly headed for more fruitful years, onwards to the 21st century.
