       The FREE TOWING SERVICE under no.1 above covers only the bounds within METRO MANILA that extends up to the boundaries  -

       EAST BOUND    .......................  up to Cainta Junction
       WEST BOUND   .......................  up to McDonald Coastal Road

       Towing charges outside this Metro Manila boundaries:

       1.  First 5 kms.            -          P 300.00

       2.  Succeeding kms.     -          P 50.00/km.

       1.  Put your vehicle to the secondary road. If member is alone, he/she can            ask others for help so as not to beon obstruction;

       2. Put on proper emergency (road) warning device (EWD);

       3. Call our Emergency Hotlines 373-4544, 373-35-36 or 371-32-49;

       4. Inform WCI Dispatcher give name and I.D. card number of member, and           vehicle details (plate number, make/type and color) nature of trouble and           exact location including landmarks;

       5. Wait for the WCI emergency team and to give instruction where to take            the vehicle.

        WCI guarantees for the delivery of the card within fourteen days time.
